• All appointments require a valid credit card on file to secure your booking.
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options.

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.

• Please arrive on time for your session. If you are late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, but the full session fee will still apply.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.

• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
• Clients with recent injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions should consult a physician before receiving a massage.
• Aptitude Massage reserves the right to refuse service to any client if there are concerns about health or conduct.

• Massage therapy is strictly professional and non-sexual. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, full charge of the service, and potential refusal of future appointments.
• Clients are expected to communicate openly and respectfully about their needs and comfort levels during the session.

• Gift certificates and prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be used within the specified expiration date.
• Packages cannot be shared or transferred unless otherwise agreed upon.
